50% deposit required before project start. Remaining 50% due on delivery. All prices in USD.
Standard delivery: 14 business days from project start. Timeline confirmed after audit call. Complex projects may require additional time — communicated in advance.
If delivered system does not match the approved system design, we fix it at no charge. Scope changes requested after approval are quoted separately.
Upon full payment, client owns all delivered automation systems. Empirra retains the right to reference the project as portfolio work (without disclosing confidential information).
Empirra's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union (where founder is based) for international clients.
